At Brighton & Hove GP Federation, our purpose is to strengthen general practice and support a sustainable health system for our local community. The work we do is varied, challenging and meaningful, and the people who work with us are central to that.
We are a growing organisation with a core team based in Hove, alongside a wider network of over 200 casual and self-employed colleagues who work across our services. Everyone who works with us, no matter their role or location, is a valued part of the Federation.
As a practice-owned organisation working at city scale, we deliver services, develop new models of care and support general practice to thrive now and in the future. This makes the Federation a unique place to work, combining practical service delivery with system-wide improvement.
