Pharmacists play a key role in supporting medication management and patient care across GP practices and Federation services.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting medication reviews
- Providing pharmaceutical advice and consultations
- Supporting safe and effective prescribing
- Working within multi-disciplinary teams

- In-hours shifts (£21 per hour, £28 per hour for prescribers)
- Out-of-hours shifts (£26 per hour, plus £33 per hour for prescribers)

Requirements
- GPhC registration
- Minimum 1 year GP practice experience
- Experience using SystmOne and/or EMIS
- Experience carrying out medication reviews
