Through the Federation, practices choose to work collectively where this adds value, benefiting from shared infrastructure, coordinated delivery and collective problem-solving, while retaining their independence, identity and clinical leadership.

Membership provides access to services, support and opportunities that are difficult to achieve alone, alongside a collective voice within the wider health system.

The Federation exists to support practices, reduce shared risk and help create the conditions for general practice to thrive now and in the future.
