Role overview
Practice nurses support the delivery of routine care and long-term condition management across GP practices and Enhanced Access services.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering routine nursing care
- Supporting chronic disease management
- Carrying out clinical procedures such as dressings, injections and phlebotomy
- Working as part of a clinical team

Requirements
- NMC registration
- Minimum 1 year GP practice experience
- Experience using SystmOne and/or EMIS
- Competence in core nursing skills
